As a Liberal Arts major personal training was never my plan but it became my destiny. I began studying for my first certification while working in an all womens' gym. Branching out on my own led to in-home training, then eventually opening a small training studio inside a spa in 2010. I am now the proud owner of my own larger studio with more services and trainers. This is how my approach to training came to life - If you want something bad enough nothing can hold you back from getting it. 

Credentials:
OWNER, CPT, SFN, RYT-200

  • Graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Liberal Arts in 2007.

  • Certified Fitness professional/Personal trainer with the International Sports Science Association since 2010.

  • Certified Specialist of Fitness Nutrition through the International Sports Science Association since 2014.

  • Certified yoga teacher through Lex Gillan at the Yoga Institute in Houston, TX for 200 hours since 2010.

  • Certified Piyo instructor through Beachbody.

  • Beachbody coach since 2011.


JILL WOOLFOLK

Jill is a Personal trainer and small group instructor at Inspired Performance. She has been training since 2007 and is known for her high energy and motivational skills. Jill believes that the only way to get real results is to put in the work and be dedicated to your health and fitness as a lifestyle.

Credentials:
CPT

  • Certified Fitness professional/Personal trainer through International Sports Science Association since 2010

  • AFAA Group certified

  • Certified in R.I.P.P.E.D., Insanity, Piyo, and Turbo Kick

  • Diamond Beachbody coach since 2010

PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

Include periodic comprehensive health assessments to monitor progress, 30 or 60 minute sessions 2 to 4 times per week with an experienced and knowledgeable trainer, custom created workouts and nutrition plan specific to your goals, fitness level, and body type. We do everything for you but the workout!
