Through physical and mental training Inspired Performance offers an extensive and integrative wellness approach dedicated to inspiring every client in their own physical transformation. With our versatile approach, we combine many methods such as strength training, cardio intervals, small group training, yoga, and nutrition to help clients create a healthy balance in the mind and body. Our definition of successful training begins and ends with the impact it has on you. Inspired Performance promotes that what the mind believes the body will achieve. Our motto is... Strong Mind. IP Trainers begin by identifying goals through health assessments to create a unique inspiring fitness and nutrition program that works best for your body type. IP trainers are certified, skillful, and approachable. Through physical and mental training each program provides:

small group classes/cliques

Each small group/clique features one of our     specialty classes such as: R.I.P.P.E.D., Insanity, Piyo,  and Turbo kick. Cliques are 6 week small group accountability programs. IP instructors are certified and experienced . Each clique provides:

  • Accountability: not your typical  "drop in" studio
  • Fun fat blasting workouts in a small group of 7 or less
  • Basic health assessments
  • Support system
  • Team-work: no slack
  • Motivational instructor for better workouts
  • Generalized Meal Plan
  • Ongoing instructor guidance between classes

Vinyasa yoga links foundational poses together in a flow, focusing on strengthening core muscle groups while utilizing the connection between breath and movement to reconnect the mind and body. Incorporating yoga to your workout program provides more:

Every small group training session offers an intense calorie burn,fat blasting workout,and great modifications for all fitness levels.

R.I.P.P.E.D.
Resistance. Intervals. Power. Plyometric. Endurance. Diet. This class is a one stop body shock that incorporates cardio, weight training, mixed martial arts, and athletic movements to form a non-plateau total body conditioning workout. Duration: 60 minutes

INSANITY
Dig deep in this power packed cardio based total body conditioning program designed to transform your body using only bodyweight and max interval training. Duration: 50 minutes.

TURBO KICK
Turbo kick is the evolution of kickboxing.  Mixed with athletic and body sculpting dance moves that get your heart pumping for a cardio workout and calorie burn while improving strength, coordination, and endurance.  Duration: 45-60 minutes

Piyo
Get the best of both worlds in this yoga and pilates inspired class. Tone and strengthen with this low impact workout using traditional mind-body moves integrated with strength conditioning and cardio. Focus the mind while conditioning the body and improving flexibility.

As a Liberal Arts major personal training was never my plan but it became my destiny. I began studying for my first certification while working in an all womens' gym. Branching out on my own led to in-home training, then eventually opening a small training studio inside a spa in 2010. I am now the proud owner of my own larger studio with more services and trainers. This is how my approach to training came to life - If you want something bad enough nothing can hold you back from getting it. 

Credentials:
OWNER, CPT, SFN, RYT-200
  • Graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Liberal Arts in 2007.
  • Certified Fitness professional/Personal trainer with the International Sports Science Association since 2010.
  • Certified Specialist of Fitness Nutrition through the International Sports Science Association since 2014.
  • Certified yoga teacher through Lex Gillan at the Yoga Institute in Houston, TX for 200 hours since 2010.
  • Certified Piyo instructor through Beachbody.
  • Beachbody coach since 2011.

JILL WOOLFOLK

Jill is a Personal trainer and small group instructor at Inspired Performance. She has been training since 2007 and is known for her high energy and motivational skills. Jill believes that the only way to get real results is to put in the work and be dedicated to your health and fitness as a lifestyle.

CPT

  • Certified Fitness professional/Personal trainer through International Sports Science Association since 2010
  • AFAA Group certified
  • Certified in R.I.P.P.E.D., Insanity, Piyo, and Turbo Kick
  • Diamond Beachbody coach since 2010

We offer pay as you go services. 

NO  - SIGN UP FEES
NO -  REGISTRATION FEES
NO -  CONTRACTS or MEMBERSHIP FEES

 

PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

Include periodic comprehensive health assessments to monitor progress, 30 or 60 minute sessions 2 to 4 times per week with an experienced and knowledgeable trainer, custom created workouts and nutrition plan specific to your goals, fitness level, and body type. We do everything for you but the workout!



 

cliques / class TRAINING PROGRAMS

6 week accountability programs featuring one of our specialty classes,  1-3 sessions per week with a skillful certified instructor, basic weekly assessments to track progress, general meal plan for nutrition, and a support system from others who share similar goals. Clients may join a clique or create a clique with friends.
