INCLUDE COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH ASSESSMENTS, 60 MINUTE PRIVATE SESSIONS 2-4 DAYS PER WEEK WITH A CERTIFIED AN EXPERIENCED PERSONAL TRAINER THAT WILL CREATE CUSTOM WORKOUTS AND NUTRITION PLANS SPECIFIC TO YOUR GOALS, FITNESS LEVEL, AND BODY TYPE.
